We initially called Luke and Co, for a hot water heater replacement a few years ago. It was an emergency and they came to the same day to check it out. The old one was soon replaced and taken away. Highly recommended. Luke is very thoughtful and professional with his clients. We had them install our gas upgrades (including for future fixtures) and a hot water on demand system.Being a plumber myself, it is great to work with such people who excell at customer comfort and satisfaction, which is very rare in todays market. When our hot water tank failed REDS was very responsive, coming over right away. They installed a new on demand unit right away, took the old tank away, left everything neat & tidy. Very professional job.

Great experience with Reds. Luke is awesome. First had him clean my chimnies, then I had a scheduling issue with another plumbing company come up and Reds made time in their schedule (that day) to pop in and get the work I needed done so I could continue with my renovations. I would definitely call them again for future needs.

Got a new natural gas furnace installed by Reds. Luke was very knowledgeable on different furnace options and didn’t try to up-sell various furnaces and options. Quality install, good pricing, and no issues to date! (Install done last spring). Would recommend!
